Taking part is open to any endowment that meets three simple conditions.المشاركة متاحةٌ لأي وقفٍ يستوفي ثلاثة شروطٍ بسيطة.
- ✓The endowment is registered.أن يكون الوقف مسجّلاً.
- ✓It has a nazir or a representing body.أن يكون له ناظرٌ أو جهةٌ ممثّلة.
- ✓It holds its basic founding documents.أن تتوفّر لديه وثائقه التأسيسية الأساسية.
