The Awqaf Excellence Index is an annual indicator that measures the maturity and readiness of Awqaf toward an effective, sustainable endowment sector, in line with Vision 2030.مؤشر التميز الوقفي مؤشرٌ سنويٌّ يقيس نضج الأوقاف وجاهزيتها نحو قطاعٍ وقفيٍّ فاعلٍ ومستدام، بما يواكب رؤية 2030.

The four levels draw on internationally adopted maturity models — especially CMMI — adapted to the waqf context. They are maturity bands that locate a waqf on a path of development. Within four weeks of completing the assessment, Riyadah Center prepares and sends the participating endowment a customized report: its institutional maturity, an analysis of each of the six pillars, its strengths, and a practical roadmap of improvement opportunities — tailored to the endowment's size and nature.
